Been working in Manchester freelancing at the wonderful Code Computerlove all week. It's great walking through the city centre and finding great little spots for graffiti and stencil art.
Things that I saw at the side of the track on my train ride into Manchester today:

1 Toy light-sabre
5 Chairs (4 Patio / 1 School)
1 Car steering lock
1 Compact Disc
1 Orange security jacket
2 water cooler bottles
1 Mini motorbike
1 Mashed BMX
and 46 Footballs!
Whenever I got into the Printworks in Manchester I pass a long-forgotten shop (between the Multistorey car park, Tramline and The Printworks), with these faces staring out onto the world that has left them behind.
More and more shops like these are closing down, creating a world that we all laughed at in 'Bleak Future' films of the past.
With bastions of the commercial world (like Woolworths) failing around us, are we heading for that 'future' Britain?
The bad weather last night made our TV signal weak, creating these strange digital collages of the programmes. (And no I wasn't watching Jack Osbourne : Celebrity Adrenalin Junkies, I was just flicking through the channels)
I've always been a big fan of 'Found art'. I love to think of the back-stories and how the objects get to the point where our paths cross.
